How do I cancel my subscription?

If you subscribed through the App Store (FYT Premium, Trainer, or Gym tier): open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find FYT Social, and tap Cancel Subscription.

If you subscribed to a creator through FYT (paid via Stripe): open the FYT app, go to that creator's profile, tap the Subscribed button, and choose Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the FYT app, tap the gear icon on your profile, choose Account, then Delete Account. We permanently remove your profile, posts, comments, workouts, and direct messages within 30 days. If you can't access the app, email support@fytsocial.app from the email tied to your account and we'll handle it.

How do I report a post or user?

Tap the three dots on any post or user profile and choose Report. We review every report and respond within 24 hours for content that violates our Terms of Service.

My Apple Watch isn't syncing with the iPhone app

Try the following, in order:

  • Force-quit both apps (FYT on iPhone and FYT on Watch) and reopen them.
  • On the Watch app on iPhone, ensure FYT is installed and that Background App Refresh is on.
  • Restart the Watch (hold side button → power off → hold side button to power on).
  • If sync still fails, email us with your watch model and the approximate time the sync attempt happened.
My workout didn't save / I got an error after finishing

If you saw an error on the post-workout screen, your data is still in the app — open the workout history tab and look for an unsaved draft at the top. Tap it and re-save. If the error persists, email us with the workout date, type, and approximate duration so we can help.

How do I get a refund?

App Store purchases (FYT Premium, Trainer, Gym): refunds are issued directly by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the FYT charge.

Creator subscriptions (paid through Stripe): email us and we'll work with the creator to resolve. By default these are non-refundable per our Terms, but we'll handle billing disputes case by case.

How do I change my email address?

Open the FYT app, tap the gear icon on your profile, choose Account, then Email. Confirm the change via the verification link sent to your new address.

I'm a personal trainer or gym — how do I onboard clients?

From your Trainer or Gym dashboard, tap Clients (or Members), then Invite. Share the generated link or QR code with your client. Once they install the app and sign up, they'll automatically appear in your roster. Detailed walk-throughs are in the in-app help center under Settings → Help.

I'm a creator — how do my subscribers pay me?

Subscriber payments are processed through Stripe Connect. When you sign up for the Creator tier, you'll be prompted to link a Stripe account; payouts deposit directly to your bank account on Stripe's standard schedule. FYT takes a transparent platform fee disclosed in your creator dashboard. You receive a Form 1099-K from Stripe at year-end.

How do I export my workout data?

Email support@fytsocial.app from the address tied to your account. We'll send your full workout history as a CSV within 7 business days. Self-serve export from the app is on our roadmap.

Where's my data stored, and is it secure?

Your data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and row-level security policies that ensure each user can only access their own data. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
